Charles Warner was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia on May 14th,1959. Raised in Whitney Pier, he attended high school at Sydney Academy. Between 1992 and 2006,  He was involved in various ministries in the Sydney area, participating and leading in both Roman Catholic and Anglican Liturgy, Religious Education and Pastoral Care as a layman.

Fr. Warner graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Acadia University, Wolfville, Nova Scotia. He also has a Master’s degree in Theological Studies from St. Andrew’s College, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (2005) and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Acadia University (2010), both fully accredited institutions through
the Association of Theological Schools.

Ordained to the Priesthood: On July 8th, 2007 by the Right Rev. Craig Botterill, Suffragan Bishop of the Anglican Catholic Church of Canada at the Pro-Cathedral of Saint Aidan, Halifax, Nova Scotia

On July 8th, 2007 was licensed by the Right Rev. Craig Botterill to Officiate in the Anglican Catholic Church of Canada, (Traditional Anglican Communion) as Rector of Parish of the Holy Cross Anglican Catholic Church

On April 11th, 2014 was licensed by the Vicar General, the Very Rev. Robert S.H. Mansfield to Officiate in the Traditional Anglican Church of Canada, a Missionary District of the Anglican Catholic Church (Original Province) as Rector of Parish of the Holy Cross Anglican Catholic Church.

On July 30th, 2021, was licensed by The Right Rev. Craig Botterill, QC, Bishop Ordinary of Canada East, to Officiate
in the Anglican Catholic Church of Canada (Traditional Anglican Church) and serve as Priest-in-Charge
of Morley Road Ministries within the Diocese of Canada East.
